Our client services staff, Meghanne and Theresa, are here to see that you and your pet are welcomed, that your visit goes smoothly, and that your questions are answered.  They will relay your questions or concerns to the Doctor when you call and will call you to check on your pet after treatment.  They will assist you in scheduling appointments and can answer many of your questions on flea control, wellness care, home dental care, and immunizations.  Our client services staff are all animal lovers who also enjoy helping and getting to know the people who care for them.

Meghanne Pittman, Client Patient Care Supervisor

Meghanne has been working with animals in a clinic setting since 2001, and has loved every minute of it. She is our Client Petient Care Supervisor, working as a Client Services Provider and Veterinary Assistant as well. She lives here in Renton with her boyfriend, Eric, and their daughter, Sarah. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and their dogs Colby James and newest addition Tank!

Theresa Sheldon, Client Services Provider

Theresa is our newest client services team member. She moved from Hawaii, with 8 years experience as a receptionist as well as an assistant in Hawaii. She enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 boys and her dog, Daisy, but misses dearly her cats back in Hawaii. She has made it through Washington's spring, summer and now into fall but is still wondering when the sun is going to come out!
