Sunset Pet Hospital supports animals in need and our community by regularly contributing financially, as well as by donating goods and services, to the following non-profit organizations.

 

American Animal Hospital Association's Helping Pets Fund to provide grants for treatment for abandoned pets and pets whose owners are facing financial hardship.

Auburn Valley Humane Society to help care for Auburn Valley's lost, stray, and abandoned pet population.

British Columbia Chihuahua Rescue to provide assistance for abandoned, abused, and unwanted Chihuahuas.

The Budkis Fund to help low-income seniors in the Puget Sound Community cover their emergency pet care expenses.

Cornell Feline Health Center  to help improve the health and wellbeing of cats everywhere.

The Dugan Foundation to assist existing non-profit organizations shelter, adopt, and care for homeless companion animals.

Karelian Bear Dog Program  of the Washington State Deptartment of Fish and Wildlife, to help protect Washington wildlife.

The Magic Bullet Fund  to help families who can't afford cancer treatment for their dogs.

Morris Animal Foundation  to help fund research to detect, treat, and cure canine cancer.

The Mosby Foundation to assist in the care of critically sick, injured, abused, and neglected dogs through financial support and public education.

The Pet Project  at the Seattle Humane Society to help individuals disabled by HIV/AIDS keep their beloved companion animals.

Puget Sound Labrador Retriever Association Rescue to help provide medical care for stray and abandoned Labrador Retrievers.

Purrfect Pals to provide life long sanctuary for unadopted cats and to run a large adoption program for cats.

Renton Unleashed Furry Friends to build and keep an off leash park in Renton.

Seattle Humane Society to provide adoption services, dog training classes, veterinary services, and humane education.

South County Cats  to reduce euthanasia rates at local shelters and save lives through spay/neuter.

Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine to support teaching, research, and treatment programs through the pet memorial program.
